1. Rental period

• Minimum 1 day rental: Counted as 24 hours from the time of vehicle pickup.

• Late return : A penalty of 1,070 THB/hour will be charged. If the late return exceeds 5 hours, it will be considered an additional day of rental.

2. Extension of lease term

• Notification to the company must be given at least 6 hours in advance, along with immediate payment for the extension rental.

3. Fuel

• Vehicle Pick-up/Return: Both parties must return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.

• In case of non-refilling: The company will charge a service fee of 321 baht, plus the actual cost of the fuel used.

4. Payment

• Payment is accepted only via bank transfer or credit card. Cash is not accepted.

5. Opening hours

• Vehicle pick-up and return service is available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

6. Car insurance

• Includes comprehensive insurance (excluding opportunity cost).

• Special Insurance (SCDW) : Can be purchased additionally for ฿1,070/day or ฿21,400/month to reduce accident damage costs.

7. Deposit

• A deposit of 50,000 baht is required.

• The deposit will be refunded to the renter's account within 24 hours after the vehicle is returned.

8. Terms and conditions

• Smoking in the vehicle is subject to a fine of 3,210 THB.

• Bringing pets in the vehicle is subject to a fine of 1,070 THB.

• Locked keys in the vehicle are subject to a fine of 3,210 THB + employee travel expenses based on distance.

• Lost keys are subject to a fine of 21,400 THB (replacement and processing fees).

• Taking the vehicle out of Thailand is strictly prohibited and will result in fines/legal action.

• Pawning the vehicle is strictly prohibited and will result in fines/legal action.

1. Service hours and overtime (OT)

• Overtime pay (exceeding 10 hours/day)/early morning start/late night finish: an additional 856 THB/hour.

2. Expenses that the customer is responsible for.

Car rental fees do not include the following expenses. Customers are responsible for and must pay the actual costs.

• Fuel costs

• Toll fees

• Parking fees

3. Traveling to other provinces

• Driver's accommodation fee: For overnight trips, there is an additional charge of 1,070 THB/night (drivers will work until 9 PM to rest).

• Food/accommodation costs: Customers are not responsible for these; the company will arrange them.

• Breaks during driving: For long journeys, drivers will stop for a break every 2 hours for safety reasons.

4. Safety and driving.

• Maximum speed: Do not exceed 120 km/h for safety reasons.

• Do not travel in dangerous areas: Do not take the vehicle into high-risk areas such as flood zones, landslide areas, or protest areas. Violators may face service cancellation or fines.

5. Prohibited items on the bus.

• No smoking (violators will be fined/may be affected in the future).

• No alcohol or drug use (violators will have their service cancelled immediately and legal action will be taken).

• No illegal items on board, such as drugs or weapons (violators will be held legally responsible).

Tenant in the name of an individual

1. Passport : An important document used to verify the renter's identity, ensuring the company is confident in the renter's identity and information.
2. Driver's License : A document confirming that the renter has the legal right to drive a vehicle. The driver's license must not have expired.
3. Credit Card : A credit card is used for initial screening and to confirm the ability to pay the deposit or service fee during the rental period. The credit card must have sufficient credit limit.
4. Round-trip Flight Ticket : Show your travel dates and times that correspond to the rental period.

1. Director's Passport : Document used to verify the identity of the director authorized to rent a vehicle on behalf of the company.
2. Director's Driver's License : Confirms that the director renting the vehicle has the legal right to drive.
3. Latest Company Registration Certificate (issued within the last 3 months) : Document confirming the company's status, issued within the last 3 months to demonstrate the accuracy and currency of company information.
4. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate (Form 20) : Document used to confirm that the company is legally registered for Value Added Tax and has a valid tax status.

In cases where a company director does not use the vehicle themselves but instead authorizes another person designated by the company to drive it, the following additional documents are required:

1. Power of Attorney : A document confirming that a company director has authorized another person to rent and drive a company vehicle on behalf of the company.
2. Authorized Representative's National ID Card : A document used to verify the identity of the authorized representative for the car rental.
3. Authorized Representative's Driver's License : To confirm that the authorized representative has the legal right to drive a vehicle.
