To facilitate vehicle pickup and rental agreement signing, renters should prepare all necessary documents before using the Jaecoo 5 EV Max+ rental service. There are two cases:
Documents for Individuals :
- Passport
- Driver's License
- Credit Card
- Flight tickets
Documents for Organizations/Legal Entities :
- Passport of the Authorized Signatory Director
- Company Registration Certificate (not older than 3 months, certified and stamped)
- VAT Registration Certificate (Form 20) (certified and stamped)
- Power of Attorney (if the director is not picking up the vehicle themselves), stating:
- Authorization to pick up and use the vehicle
- Authorization to sign the rental agreement
- Copy of the authorized representative's Passport and Driver's License

Electric Car Rental Terms and Conditions :
- Minimum rental period : 1 day (24 hours)
- Vehicle must be received with at least 85% battery charge and returned with at least 85% battery charge.
- For returns with battery below 85%, actual charging charges will apply, plus an additional service fee of 535 THB.
- Late return: 321 THB/hour.
- Over 5 hours: A full day's rental fee will be charged.
- Vehicles must not be taken outside of Thailand.
- Smoking or using the vehicle to transport illegal goods is prohibited. Fines start at 3,210 THB.
- For rental renewals, please notify us 1-2 days in advance.
- All vehicles are covered by Class 3 insurance (excluding loss of opportunity during repairs).
- (Additional insurance not purchased) The renter is responsible for the first 21,400 THB of the damage cost.
- Additional SCDW insurance can be purchased.
- Daily rate: 321 THB/day
- Monthly rate: 5,350 THB/month
- Upon purchasing SCDW insurance and an accident occurring, the deposit will be fully refunded according to company terms and conditions.
- Replacement vehicle during repairs: 3,210 THB/ครั้ง (subject to suitability).
- Pets and strong-smelling food are not allowed in the vehicle. A fine starting at 1,070 THB will be charged.
- Keys locked inside the vehicle: 3,210 THB service fee plus actual travel costs.
- Lost keys : New key replacement starts at 10,700 THB.
Terms and Conditions for Electric Vehicle Rental with Driver :
- Service includes a driver for 10 hours per day.
- Overtime (OT) is charged at 321 THB/hour.
- Minimum start time is 7:00 AM and maximum end time is 9:00 PM.
- Additional OT charges apply for usage outside these hours.
- Rental fees do not include charging fees, tolls, and parking fees (paid separately).
- For overnight trips, additional charges apply. A driver service fee of 1,070 THB per night applies.
- Smoking and bringing illegal items onto the vehicle are prohibited.
- Bringing food or strong-smelling items onto the vehicle is prohibited.
- For long journeys, the driver may request a break every 2 hours for safety reasons.
- The driver will adhere to traffic laws and drive at appropriate speeds.
- Renters should plan their trips in advance, as electric vehicles require periodic charging. When the battery is low, the driver will take the vehicle to a suitable charging station to ensure continuous travel.
