1. Minimum car rental for 1 day. Counting 1 day of car rental, you can rent for 24 hours, for example, pick up the car on June 1 at 10:00 a.m. and return the car on June 2 at 10:00 a.m., it is considered a 1-day car rental. If you return the car late, there will be an hourly fee of 535-1,070 baht per hour. If you return the car 5 hours or more late, it will be charged for 1 day.

2. In the case of extending the car rental (adding more days than specified in the contract), please notify 6 hours in advance and pay the rental fee immediately.

3. Fuel: Receive the car with a full tank of fuel, return the car with a full tank of fuel. When returning the car and not filling up the car with fuel, if there is time left, the customer can bring the car to fill up the car with fuel. However, if it is inconvenient, the company will charge a service fee of 321 baht, plus the actual fuel fee.

6. Car insurance: The car comes with first-class insurance, excluding opportunity costs. If you purchase additional SCDW special insurance, if there is an accident, you will receive a normal deposit back. SCDW special insurance starts at Daily = 535-1,070 baht/day, Monthly = 10,700-21,400 baht/month. It is an option that you can purchase additionally.

7. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after returning the car. It will be transferred to the renter's account.

8. Smoking in the car, fine 3,210 baht.

9. Bringing pets in the car, fine 1,070 baht.

10. Forgetting the key in the car, fine 3,210 baht + employee travel expenses according to the distance.

11. Lost the key, initial fine starting at 10,700 baht.

12. In the case of requesting a replacement car during use, the replacement car fee is 3,210 baht/time.

13. Do not take the car out of Thailand.

14. Do not rent a car to pawn.

1. Driver Service Hours

CK Car Rent drivers provide standard service for 10 hours per day. In general, this covers travel from morning to evening. If you need the service for a longer period, such as an overnight trip or service beyond the standard 10 hours, an overtime fee of 321 THB per hour will apply. This allows us to support extended trips or special travel requirements more flexibly.

2. Driver Accommodation Fee for Overnight Trips

If your trip requires an overnight stay, an additional accommodation fee for the driver will apply. The fee is 1,070 THB per night, allowing the driver to rest properly and be ready for the next day’s journey. This accommodation fee will be included as part of the total cost for your car rental with driver service.

3. Fuel and Expressway Fees

Car rental with driver from CK Car Rent does not include fuel costs and expressway toll fees. Customers are responsible for these additional expenses. In general, long-distance travel or expressway usage may increase the total travel cost. If you rent a car with driver for an interprovincial trip or travel outside Bangkok, fuel and toll fees will be the renter’s responsibility.

4. No Smoking Inside the Car

To maintain cleanliness and a pleasant travel atmosphere, CK Car Rent kindly asks all customers to refrain from smoking inside all rental vehicles. Smoking is not allowed inside the car, as it can cause unpleasant odors and create an uncomfortable environment for other passengers.
